Maarten joined EY Law in 2021 and has been part of Donahue & Partners LLP since March 2025. He is member of the expertise group corporate transformations and handles matters concerning international company law and contract law.

Maarten practice focuses on cross-border corporate restructurings, pre-acquisition project (e.g., carve-outs) and post-merger integrations, corporate governance, and transfer pricing-related intercompany agreements.

Maarten regularly assists multinational clients with international governance matters, cross-border transactions, and the design and implementation of multi-jurisdictional reorganization projects.

Maarten graduated from Leiden Law University with a master’s degree in Corporate Law (LL.M).
